Susana Cidoncha Chamizo has extensive experience in customer service management and operational development, currently serving as Jefa de servicio RRSS at Orange-Jazztel and overseeing customer service at Jazztel since October 2014. Prior roles include Director of Operations Development at Global Sales Solutions Line, where responsibility included managing the Contact Center for Canal de Isabel II, and Project Director for Vodafone Captación.
