Victor Malenko serves as the Legal & Compliance Manager for JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS in Russia since July 2016, where responsibilities include leading the Legal & Compliance agenda for Commercial and Manufacturing units and acting as a Global Subject Matter Expert for Sanctions and Anti-Bribery & Corruption from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this role, Victor was the Head of Legal for Solvay in Russia & CIS from August 2012 to July 2016, overseeing the Legal function across various markets, and held positions at Samsung Electronics from September 2008 to August 2012 as Senior Legal Counsel and later as Legal Counsel. Early in the career, Victor worked as a Lawyer at JSC Kaffa Industries from March 2005 to 2008. Victor holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Russian State Social University and a qualification in Civil & Commercial Law from Moscow State Social University.
