Wanda Carroll

Wanda Carroll has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as an Associate at Walmart since August 2023 and as a Customer Service Agent at TMS Call Centers since July 2022. Previously, Wanda worked as a Data Entry Specialist at EDSI from September 2016 to May 2018, focusing on document management and customer intake. Wanda also held the position of Executive Housekeeper at Comfort Suites from June 2016 to July 2017, where responsibilities included supervising staff and ensuring compliance with hotel standards. Earlier in the career, Wanda was a Customer Service Representative at Dance Distributors from October 2003 to September 2005, managing customer interactions and order processing. Wanda is an alumnus of Stone Coast Academy.
