Greg Sbardella has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with internships at Monumental Sports & Entertainment and Blue Sky Sports & Entertainment. Greg then moved to Fluent Grp as a Business Development Graduate Intern before joining the Boston Bruins in Fan Relations in 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to DraftKings, Inc., where they worked on Brand & Partnership Marketing until 2018. From 2018 onwards, Greg took on roles at Jebbit, progressing from Manager to Director of Global Enterprise Customer Success.

Greg Sbardella earned a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 2010. Greg later obtained a Master's degree in Business Operations/Sport Industry Management from Georgetown University in 2013.
