Marc Franklin, CRCP®, is a seasoned compliance professional with over thirteen years of experience in the financial industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Central Compliance at Jefferies, they advise a diverse range of financial institutions, including hedge funds and wealth management firms. Marc possesses extensive knowledge of SEC and FINRA regulations, complemented by past roles such as 2nd Vice President of FINRA/SEC Regulatory Compliance at Mutual of America Financial Group and Associate Director at Optima Partners Compliance Advisory. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management at The City College of New York, where they are a Cum Laude student.
