Marcus Hoersting

Marcus Hoersting has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Marcus currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at JELD-WEN, Inc. in Germany since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager of Human Resources at BOS GmbH Best of Steel from June 2019 to August 2020. Marcus also served as the Head of Personnel and Projects at Bernhard Werning Bäckerei & Konditorei GmbH & Co. KG from August 2017 to June 2019. Before that, they worked as a Partner and Personnel Consultant at MünsterlandManager.de Groten & Lezgus oHG from May 2016 to July 2017. Marcus had extensive experience at GE Renewable Energy, where they held the role of Manager of Human Resources from May 2011 to April 2016. Marcus began their career at GE Energy, Wind Energy, where they worked as an HR Manager from January 2003 to December 2007.
