Sam Crossley

Sam Crossley has over 15 years of experience in various HR and talent development roles. Since 2020, they have been working at JELD-WEN, Inc. as the Head of Talent Development, Europe. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, they were the Head of Learning and Development and HR Manager for Aftermarket UK at MAHLE, where they implemented learning strategies and supported organizational development efforts. From 2008 to 2016, Sam worked at TE Connectivity, serving as the EMEA Learning & Development Manager and later as the UK Learning & Development Specialist, where they designed and delivered training programs, managed vendor contracts, and developed leadership masterclasses. Before that, they held HR roles at Crowne Plaza Marlow, Gibsons Foods, and Compass Group UK, where they gained experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR analytics.

Sam Crossley attended St Christophers C of E from 1980 to 1985. They have obtained additional certifications including DDI Facilitator Certification Process Workshop from DDI | Development Dimensions International in 2021, Certificate: Performance Management Reimagined from Josh Bersin Academy in 2020, Advanced Award in Organisation Design & Development from CIPD in 2019, Instructional Design Essentials: Adult Learners from Lynda.com in November 2016, and MBTI Practitioner from OPP in 2014.
