Ken Heintz

Ken Heintz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, breeding, and employment leadership. Currently, Ken serves as a Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist at Simpson, focusing on recruiting healthcare professionals for lifestyle communities in the Greater Philadelphia area. Since 1992, Ken has been the owner of Windy Meadow Danes, breeding Champion Great Danes and mentoring aspiring breeders while applying veterinary practices. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Employment Leader at Ratner Companies, overseeing staffing and retention for 134 locations across multiple states, and serving as a Training Coordinator at Chi Chi's Mexican Restaurant. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida.
