Adam Flint

Adam Flint serves as the Global Head of Talent for Jera Green, overseeing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Value Proposition since August 2023. With a robust background in talent consulting, Adam has been associated with Willow Tree Consulting since June 2016, assisting firms in enhancing their talent strategies. Prior to Jera, Adam held significant roles at Google as Head of Talent for the EMEA region and at Amazon, where responsibilities included global talent acquisition and management. Adam's leadership experience includes managing a successful team at Hudson and overseeing recruitment operations at Randstad and Reed, contributing extensively to the finance and accountancy sectors. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Leeds.
