Ethelind B. Kaba serves as the Executive Director of the Ann Bancroft Foundation and holds the position of Co-Chair of the Strategic Enrollment Committee on the Board of Regents at Augsburg University. Kaba actively contributes to the Jeremiah Program as a National Governing Board member, having served as Secretary from 2020 to 2023, and is currently the Chair of the 25th Anniversary Committee. Additionally, Kaba is a Committee Member at Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity and previously held the role of Vice President of External Affairs at the Center for Economic Inclusion. Kaba was involved with the Community Resiliency Advisory Council at Twin Cities PBS and has experience in marketing and communications from Greene Espel PLLP and Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Kaba founded the Stargirl Initiative, empowering young girls, and is academically distinguished with a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota, alongside participation in the Young American Leaders Program at Harvard Business School and a policy fellowship at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs.
