Maihoua Moua serves as the Operations Manager at Jeremiah Program, overseeing campus operations, property management, and vendor coordination while managing calendars, events, and office inventory since June 2023. Prior to this role, Maihoua spent nine years at Capella University, progressing from Advising Support Representative to Operations Specialist, where notable achievements included the development of a clinical practicum application platform and engagement in user testing for project launches. As an Academic Coach, Maihoua led initiatives to support students facing academic challenges, while also serving as a Program Advisor providing guidance on academic policies and compliance. Earlier experience includes positions as Lead Cake Decorator at Walmart and Office Assistant at St. Cloud State University. Maihoua holds an MBA and a Leadership certificate from Capella University, as well as a BA in Anthropology from St. Cloud State University.
