MacKenzie Rucker

Mackenzie Rucker possesses extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Billing Clerk at Jersey Community Hospital since February 2023. Prior to this position, Mackenzie worked as a Customer Service Manager at Infinity Logistics and held roles as an Inside Sales Representative at John Henry Foster and Strategic Customer Service Representative at BNSF Logistics. During time at BNSF Logistics, Mackenzie collaborated with Account Managers to coordinate the scheduling of pickups and deliveries, ensuring timely service.
