Kent Shook

Kent Shook currently serves as the Director of Safety at Ideal Aero, overseeing safety management systems and process improvements for subsidiaries Jet Out and Jet In. Prior to this role, Kent held various positions at JetOut, including Electronic Flight Bag Program Manager, Charter Captain, and Technical Lead, where responsibilities ranged from writing operational manuals to data analytics and engineering solutions. Kent's career includes significant experience as a Senior Consultant at DI Squared, where Kent led business intelligence projects, and as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Solve and its predecessor. Early experience includes developing training programs at WH Transportation and co-founding The Chip Connection, Inc., specializing in IT consulting. Kent earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
