Jessica Riad-Wallace CPHR, RPR, currently serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at JETNET, where responsibilities include strategic partnership with executive teams to support organizational growth and talent engagement. Previous roles include Head of People & Culture at Certn, where a global HR strategy for over 350 employees was managed, and various positions at ecobee, Absorb Software, and the Alberta Energy Regulator, focusing on talent acquisition and HR program leadership. With a robust background in human resources spanning more than two decades, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, organizational development, and talent management, supported by an Applied Leadership Certification from the University of Alberta.
