Michel Stutz

Michel Stutz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, consulting, and customer experience strategy across various industries. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director and Chairperson for the Auscontact Association, as well as Manager of Contact Centre Technology at Jetstar Airways, Michel also operates Stutz Consulting, providing expertise in business development and transformation. Previous roles include CX Strategy and Transformation Consultant for Malaysia Airlines, General Manager for Televerde in the APAC region, and various leadership positions at Lufthansa, where responsibilities encompassed P&L accountability and management of large teams. Michel holds multiple degrees, including an MBAX in Technology from UNSW Business School, and has completed advanced leadership training programs.
