Shiv Shahaney has a diverse background in aviation and workforce planning, with experience in roles such as First Officer, Training Support Pilot, Workforce Planning Lead, Supervisor, Coordinator, and Planner. At Jetstar Airways, Shiv worked on crew rostering software replacement projects and provided oversight, cost considerations, and coaching to the crew planning team. Shiv also served as a Senior Project Officer at the Victorian Department of Health, managing the delivery and coordination of rostering systems during the COVID-19 pandemic.
