At EY, Ned was responsible for positioning the company's culture as best-in-class to clients, employees, and potential recruits. Ned also increased public awareness of EY as a thought leader in diversity and inclusion by marketing new research, such as the "Global Generations" study on work-life challenges faced by different generations. In addition, Ned developed internal communications strategies targeting EY's 54,000 employees across the Americas to position diversity and inclusion as important business drivers. Tactics used included writing and editing internal news articles and videos on a cross-section of D&I issues, launching an internal microsite featuring stories of diverse EY professionals, and leveraging internal social media to create awareness around single-topic campaigns.

Ned has also created executive communications for D&I-related speeches, events, videos, and media appearances. Ned is responsible for devising and marketing an innovative new event focusing on disabilities in the workplace that attracted over 30 client companies and significant media attention. Ned also wrote and oversaw design of publication “Diverse abilities: Leveraging all abilities to build high-performing organizations.”

Ned Gusick has a MBA in marketing and strategy from Cass Business School as well as a BA in English and Film Studies from Wesleyan University.
