Matthew Chance is a highly experienced professional with a diverse range of roles in various industries. Matthew is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center. Prior to this, they held multiple positions, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at the same organization. Previously, Matthew worked as the Temple Administrator at BETH EL TEMPLE CENTER OF BELMONT INC, where they oversaw the secular, business, and financial activities of the temple. Matthew also has experience in Applied Behavioral Learning Services, where they served as the Director of Operations and Lead Behavior Technician. At this company, they managed a large team and implemented systems that significantly increased collections. In addition, Matthew has worked as a Behavioral Health Technician, Behavioral Residential Counselor, and Teacher in various organizations, including Franciscan Hospital for Children, Camp Invention, and Littlefield Home. Matthew Chance attended Bates College from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biological Psychology. In 2009, they also studied Psychology at Stockholm University for a brief period. In addition to their formal education, Matthew has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they received certifications in CPR and First Aid from the National CPR Association. Matthew also obtained a SafetyCare Trainer certification from QBS, Inc. in the same year.
