Alyssa Andreoes, BHRM

Alyssa Andreoes has had diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Alyssa is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources (Bilingual) at Echelon Supply and Service, starting in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Clyde & Co as a Senior Human Resources Advisor and later as a Human Resources Advisor. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the Canadian HR function and implementing organizational development initiatives to address the firm's growing business needs.

Alyssa also worked as a Bilingual Telephone Interviewer and Research Assistant at York University, conducting telephone interviews for various health departments and administering questionnaires in a confidential and unbiased manner.
