Christy LeClair, PHR, SHRM-CP

Christy LeClair, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles throughout their career. Christy is currently the VP of Human Resources at Echelon Supply and Service since March 2022. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2022, they worked at Hearth Management, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources. In addition, they briefly held the position of Human Resources Director at Hearth Management in 2017.

From 2009 to 2017, Christy LeClair held the role of VP of Human Resources at Anoplate Corporation. Christy was responsible for overseeing HR functions during their tenure.

Christy LeClair has also contributed to the field of HR outside of their corporate roles. From 2010 to 2013, they served as a Board Member and Chair of Events Committee at SHRM, a professional HR association.

Before joining Liberty Resources, Christy LeClair worked as an Employment Specialist/Recruiter at StaffSource from 1998 to 1999. In this role, they sourced candidates, conducted interviews, and managed payroll for temporary staff.

Christy LeClair attended the State University of New York at Oswego from 1994 to 1998.
