The newly created position of GM of Stickers will focus on building and scaling Jiffy’s stickers business as a key revenue-driving category. This role will involve optimizing the product line, expanding into new markets, and driving innovation to ensure global growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record of category development, product-market fit, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
This position will work Eastern Time Zone hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the business roadmap for stickers as a hands-on leader and P&L owner.
- Build and scale the stickers business into a significant revenue driver for Jiffy.
- Provide cross-functional leadership to align efforts across teams for customer-centric growth.
- Identify and implement category expansion opportunities (e.g., customizable stickers, eco-friendly options, bulk-order solutions).
- Explore and execute international expansion strategies, including infrastructure and resources.
- Innovate within the stickers category by creating unique value propositions and leveraging customer feedback.
- Own online sticker sales and customer conversion by applying data-driven approaches to optimize funnels and drive growth.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the stickers product line and digital experience.
- Drive development and execution of a mobile-friendly experience to expand accessibility and usability.
- Partner with marketing teams to launch acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns focused on stickers.
- Lead initiatives to improve the stickers customer journey, including site navigation, UI/UX, and overall experience.
- Ensure strong brand alignment and consistency across all customer touchpoints.
