Mark Fonger

Mark Fonger has extensive experience in operations and management within the Jimmy John's franchise system, spanning over two decades. Starting as an Assistant Manager at Jimmy John's Enterprises, LLC, in December 1997, Mark ascended through various roles including General Manager, Training Manager, and Business Coach. Mark served as Regional Director from January 2007 to October 2015 and then as Regional Vice President until January 2021. Currently, Mark holds the position of Vice President of Operations Services, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence and franchise development at Jimmy John's.
