Ajay Parmar

Ajay Parmar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Workforce Management at Jio since June 2021, Ajay has previously held significant roles, including WFM Global Head (VP) at WNS Global Services and Vice President of Operations & Business Analytics at Contact Center Company. With a career spanning over two decades, Ajay has expertise in areas such as dialer management, client reporting, and performance analytics, along with a foundational role as Academic Head at Dolphin Systems & Software Solutions. Ajay holds an MBA in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics & International Politics from Maharshi Dayanand University Rohtak.
