Bethany Kemp

Bethany Kemp is currently serving as the SVP of Growth Operations at Jitjatjo since July 2021. Prior to this, Bethany held various key roles at Design Within Reach from 2005 to 2020, including Sr. Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Technology & Information Systems, and Vice President of Information Systems. Bethany's expertise lies in driving strategy, overseeing operations, implementing technology solutions, and leading teams to improve efficiencies and support business growth. Bethany also has a background in psychology and Japanese from The University of Texas at Austin and The American School in Japan.
