Chris Todd has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Chris started their career at Hilton as a Junior Sous Chef and worked there from 2011 to 2015. Chris then joined Renard Resources Ltd as a Recruitment Consultant for a few months in 2015. Following that, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hilton Worldwide from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined The Ned as a Recruitment Manager, where they worked until 2018, being involved in the pre-opening of the hotel. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Recruitment at JKS Restaurants, a prestigious company with multiple Michelin starred restaurants. Overall, Chris Todd has gained a wide range of experience in both culinary and recruitment roles in the hospitality industry.

Chris Todd attended Broadgreen High School from 2000 to 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they attended college where they studied Business/Commerce. In 2013, they attended Catering School and obtained a National Diploma in professional Cookery. Additionally, in 2008 and 2009, they attended Catering School again, specializing in Professional Cookery.
