Michael Perrine

Michael Perrine has a diverse work experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Michael is currently the Director of Procurement at JOANN Stores since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chapter Co-Leader of the Cleveland area chapter in Procurement Foundry, a sourcing industry community. Michael held this role from December 2019.

From 2017 to 2022, Perrine served as the Director and Head of Procurement at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing the North American procurement strategy and leading a team of 13 members. Michael implemented critical processes and metrics to ensure efficient operations and value delivery to the business.

Before joining AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., Perrine worked at Forest City from 2014 to 2017. Michael initially served as a Procurement Specialist from May 2014 to August 2016, and later became a Commodity Manager from August 2016 to June 2017.

Between 2011 and 2014, Perrine gained international procurement experience as a Senior Buyer at Cardinal Health. Michael started their career at Masco Cabinetry in 2009 as a Commodity Specialist of Indirect Materials, where they worked until June 2011.

Michael Perrine attended Miami University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management with a focus on Supply Chain and Operations Management. In 2014, they attended Karrass Training for an Effective Negotiating Seminar, but no degree was specified.
