About the position As our Invoicing Analyst, you will  be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure all clients are accurately billed for, setting clients up for billing, issuing invoices, and ensuring invoices correspond with balance sheet reports. As part of your role, you will be assisting with invoicing decisions and support related projects across the Company.

Responsibilities  Verifying with other departments that orders have been fulfilled. Preparing, issuing, and sending invoices to customers. Processing credit memos. Reviewing invoices to ensure billing accuracy. Reviewing sales sheets to ensure the billing of all clients. Report the progress of the invoicing process. Reconciling invoices with balance sheet reports and resolving any discrepancies. Communicating with clients and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications. Understanding of our product and source of information for an accurate billing to our clients Ensuring clients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements. Preparing reports and meeting billing deadlines. Requirements and skills 2+ years of billing, treasury or finance experience. Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Well-organized ability to prioritize and multi-task in a busy and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excel, google sheets, data entry, and accounting software programs (Netsuite preferred).
