Alexandra Mereuta is an experienced Agile Coach currently consulting for Electrolux Digital Experience Organization at JobBusters AB, where expertise is applied to enhance high-performance product teams through training, facilitation, mentoring, and coaching. Previously, at EasyPark Group, Alexandra held dual roles as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, focusing on empowering teams to adopt Agile methodologies and improve their development practices for the EasyPark app. Additionally, Alexandra has a solid background in software engineering, having worked on various projects related to microservices development, cloud solutions, and customer relationship management systems across notable companies including Ericsson, ALTEN, and I-play. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
