Nitin Awte

Nitin Awte has over 14 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. In 2018, they joined CareOff as Founder and CEO, a mobile platform that connects caregivers to residential care homes. In the same year, they also became an Advisor for MOON Selfie, Inc. and a Director of Strategic Planning (Advisory Role) for Jobiak. In 2016, Nitin was appointed Vice President Talent Acquisition for XpertTech Inc. In 2015, they joined Synacor as a Recruitment Strategist. In 2014, Nitin was hired as Director of Talent Acquisition for Dragonfly Data Factory. In 2009, they returned to XpertTech Inc. as Vice President of Recruiting. In 2006, Nitin joined Outcomes Inc (AADI Inc.) as a Recruiting Manager. In 2022, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer for MedicHire.

Nitin Awte obtained their Master's Degree in Physics from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Mumbai.
