Mykola Zazulyak has diverse work experience starting from 2010. Mykola began their career as a Specialist of youth policy department at the Department of Family and Youth of Kyiv City State Administration, where they were responsible for various tasks such as developing and placing informational materials, finding sponsors, organizing events, and designing and distributing promotional materials.
Later, Mykola worked as an HR Manager at Nemiroff from November 2011 to October 2014. In this role, they managed HR-related activities and played a crucial role in the company's recruitment and staffing processes.
From October 2014 to December 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at ANCOR, where they handled project management tasks and ensured their successful execution.
Starting from April 2016 to October 2018, Mykola worked as a Commercial Director at Ukr Staff, where they played a key role in managing the company's commercial operations and driving business growth.
In 2018, Mykola founded two companies simultaneously. Mykola became the Co-Founder of 2HR Tech, a technology-based HR company focused on improving HR processes, and the Co-Founder and COO of NUWORK. At NUWORK, they were responsible for product development, B2B sales, team management, and operations across Ukraine, the US, and the EU. Additionally, they negotiated with investors and secured grants for fundraising.
In 2021, Mykola founded another company called People2AI, serving as its Co-founder. The company specialized in building a transparent and convenient flow for companies working with AI. It provided enterprise-grade SLAs, dedicated teams, and transparent pricing.
In October 2021, Mykola co-founded JOBIAN and held the position of Co-founder and COO. Mykola was involved in various activities such as product management, testing business models, digital marketing, team management, and operation activity in the EU. JOBIAN aimed to connect recruiters and HR agencies with volume inquiries from employers and staffing companies.
Most recently, Mykola joined Bohemia Automation in November 2022 as a Growth Advisor.

From 2006 to 2012, they attended the Institute of International Relations at Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, where they earned a Master's degree in International Economic Relations.
Between 2011 and 2015, they enrolled in the Institute of Postgraduate Education at Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Jurisprudence.
From 2009 to 2011, they studied at the Military Institute of Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, and was awarded the rank of Sublieutenant while pursuing a degree in Military Finance.
