Andrea Weinrich

Andrea Weinrich has held various roles in the past decade. In 2008, they worked as an AuPair for Aupair In America, taking care of three five-year old children, supervising homework, preparing meals, driving to and from after school activities, and cleaning. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Waitress and Kitchen Staff at Pizza Hut, preparing meals, keeping stock of supplies, and ensuring product quality. Andrea also trained and supervised other employees and welcomed and looked after guests. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Student Assistant for Subscriptions Abroad at Literatur Service Leipzig, renewing and cancelling subscriptions, coordinating with customers and publishers via email and phone, and doing price and availability research. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Apple as a Team Manager and Technical Advisor, providing chat support for iOS and OS X devices, as well as Beats headphones and Apple Watch. Andrea also prepared and held presentations during team meetings, and mentored other advisors. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Human Resources Development Specialist at Webasto Group, organizing internal trainings and maintaining employee records, assisting with project management, and guiding and supporting employees in using SAP Success Factors. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Alvar Pet. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Joblift.

Andrea Weinrich obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Amerikanistik from Leipzig University between 2010 and 2014. In 2013, they also attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges for American Studies. In 2015, they received the Apple Product Professional certification from Apple. Andrea also has an edX Honor Code Certificate for Inclusive Leadership Training: Becoming a Successful Leader.
