Paige Mustain, DPhil (Ph.D.), has a diverse work experience in research and analytics. Paige is currently serving as the Director of the Research and Analytics Unit at Jobs for the Future (JFF) since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Research and Grant Evaluation Specialist at the California Workforce Development Board from August 2020 to November 2022.
Paige has also worked as a Research Assistant at the MacArthur Foundation from July 2015 to February 2019. During the same period, they were also a Doctoral Researcher at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from July 2015 to February 2018.
Their previous positions include Research Assistant and Doctoral Researcher at the University of Oxford from November 2014 to February 2018. Paige was additionally a Visiting Scholar and Researcher at UC Irvine from April 2016 to December 2017.
Paige's experience also includes working as a Research Assistant for the Go_girl: code+create project at the Department of Education, University of Oxford from May 2015 to September 2017. Paige has also served as an Instructor and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from August 2012 to May 2014.
Earlier in their career, Paige worked at UC San Diego as a Directed Researcher under Dr. Michael Cole from January 2010 to July 2012. Paige also held various roles such as College Ambassador, Undergraduate Research Assistant, and Orientation Leader during their time at UC San Diego from August 2009 to July 2012.
