Paige Korbakes has extensive work experience in the field of workforce development and program management. Paige is currently working at Jobs for the Future (JFF) as the Director of Solutions Design & Delivery since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Associate Director at JFF from May 2022 to January 2023. Before joining JFF, they worked at Upwardly Global as a Program Director for the Central Region from January 2018 to January 2020. Paige also held various roles at Upwardly Global, including Program Consultant and Employment Services Manager. Additionally, Paige was a Workforce Leadership Academy Fellow at The Aspen Institute from January 2019 to December 2019. Paige began their career as an International Development Intern at WE International Inc. in 2014 and also worked as an Undergraduate Advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2012 to 2014.
Paige Korbakes completed an Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Community/Nonprofit Leadership & International Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Paige also participated in an Advanced Language & Culture; History of Argentina program at the University of Buenos Aires.
In addition to their formal education, Paige has obtained various certifications. Paige completed the Nonprofit Leadership Center Management Essentials Online Connection from The Allstate Foundation in November 2018. Paige also completed the Introduction to Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization from Coursera in January 2017 and the Mental Health First Aid USA certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health in December 2016. Furthermore, Paige participated in the Learning to Lead program offered by the Chicago Jobs Council, although the exact completion date is not provided.
