Tabitha Manross

Tabitha Manross has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Graduate Statistics Teaching Assistant at Indiana University. Tabitha then moved on to work as a Management Consultant at Crowe from October 2011 to March 2013. Tabitha then joined Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, where they held various positions, including Manager of Enterprise Planning and Business Intelligence from April 2013 to June 2017, Manager of Strategic Initiatives from June 2017 to March 2020, and Director of Strategy from April 2020 to January 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Deputy Director of Strategic Operations at JFFLabs, a role they started in January 2022.

Tabitha Manross's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Campbell University. Tabitha completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a focus on Public Administration in 2009. Following this, Tabitha pursued further education at Indiana University Bloomington, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration degree with a specialization in Non-Profit Management from 2009 to 2011.
