Will Dorsey Eden has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in education, workforce development, and public policy. Will'smost recent position is as the Director II, Solutions Design & Delivery at Jobs for the Future (JFF), where they are responsible for developing strategies to engage employers and improve job quality. Additionally, Will has held positions such as Director at Attuned Education Partners, Founding High School Principal at Alpha Public Schools, and Design & Implementation Consultant at Education Elements.

At the beginning of their career, Will worked as a teacher, including roles as a Founding 11th & AP English Language Teacher at KIPP Colorado Schools, 10th Grade English Language Teacher at Cesar Chavez Public Charter Schools for Public Policy, and Corps Member at Teach for America.

Will Dorsey Eden completed their education in a chronological order. In 2005, they received their Maryland High School Diploma from Annapolis High School. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Virginia. In 2015 and 2016, they attended the Relay Graduate School of Education but did not obtain a specific degree. Most recently, from 2019 to 2020, they attended the Harvard Kennedy School, where they earned a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in Negotiations, Workforce development, and Public finance. During this period, they also obtained a Certificate in Management, Leadership, and Decision Sciences from the same institution.
