Rahul Thombare

Rahul Thombare is an accomplished Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering. Currently serving as an Industrial Engineer at Proterra Inc since December 2022, Rahul previously held the position of Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Rivian. Prior roles include Industrial Engineer III at Penumbra, Inc., where significant contributions included the setup of a new manufacturing facility and leading cross-functional projects for new product introductions. Previous experience also encompasses roles at Abbott as a Manufacturing Process Engineer and as an Operations Intern at St. Jude Medical, along with foundational experience as an Industrial Engineer at John Deere. Rahul holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering from VIT, Pune.
