Ryan Dullaghan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ryan started their career as an Information Technology Intern at the National Football League in 2007. After that, they worked as a Training Coordinator/Manager at the University of Miami Dept. of IT, where they trained and managed a team of employees.
In 2007, Ryan joined the University of South Florida as a Teaching Assistant/Researcher. Ryan led research teams and conducted surveys on various topics such as employee work engagement, mentoring program effectiveness, and employee career success. Ryan also managed databases for projects using SPSS and Excel.
From 2008 to 2010, Ryan worked as a Research Associate at PDRI, A CEB Company. Here, they developed and revised items for personality tests and surveys used in selection, promotion, and classification. Ryan also assisted with data collection and obtained expert ratings for exam development.
Ryan then worked independently as a Consultant, leading organization-wide interventions to address turnover rates and improve selection strategies. Ryan conducted job analyses, focus groups, and expert surveys to inform decision-making.
In 2010, Ryan joined Raymond James Financial as a Measurement specialist. Ryan validated psychological testing batteries and developed new selection strategies to reduce turnover rates in different departments.
From 2012 to 2021, Ryan was with JetBlue Airways, where they held various roles. Ryan started as a Senior Analyst in People Analytics, where they developed and reported on engagement and culture surveys. Ryan then became a Manager of People Assessment & Analytics, where they designed hiring systems and conducted organizational research. In 2018, Ryan was promoted to the position of General Manager of People Data Insights, leading a team responsible for a broad range of People Analytics and IO Psychology topics. Ryan'sresponsibilities included surveys, hiring system design, talent analytics integration, and data-driven actions.
Most recently, Ryan joined Joby Aviation in 2021 as the Talent Development & Analytics Lead.
Ryan Dullaghan's education history begins in 2003 when they enrolled at the University of Miami. Ryan pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, Geography, and Psychology and completed their studies in 2007.
After completing their undergraduate education, Ryan attended the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
Building on their master's degree, Ryan continued their studies at the University of South Florida from 2010 to 2013, obtaining a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
In addition to their formal education, Ryan also obtained a certification in Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Intermediate (Estimated) from Duolingo in November 2015.
