THE ROLEAs the Marketing Events Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in strategically aligning show coordination efforts across divisions, ensuring seamless collaboration towards common objectives. Your focus will be on elevating audience targeting, implementing effective promotions, and nurturing leads post-show to maximize engagement and conversion. You'll be entrusted with managing creative and on-brand booth designs, capturing attention, and fostering brand recognition. Additionally, you'll work towards enhancing cross-selling opportunities, leveraging events as platforms for broader business growth. Your role will involve closely aligning with various department leaders on event/tradeshow objectives and goals to execute impactful corporate and divisional events.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Event planning – coordinating all aspects of tradeshows including logistics/ meetings/ budgets/ scheduling/ attendee registration, etc.
  • Exhibit/ convention/ vendor management – negotiate, and manage vendors and rentals, including contracts
  • On-site coordination and marketing representation at events when applicable
  • Post-event evaluation – conduct debriefs, gather feedback, measure metrics/ROI, budget reconciliation and comparison
  • Compliance and risk management, staying on top of insurance, identify potential risks
  • Cultivating relationships with vendors, staff, and partners
  • Managing tradeshow calendar (work on calendar for 1-2 years in advance, analyze patterns)
