Bob Gerst is a seasoned Human Resources professional with vast experience in various industries. Bob currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at John I. Haas, Inc. Bob is also the President of HR Transition Associates, a company specializing in high performance team development and HR consulting. Prior to their current roles, Bob held leadership positions at Boyd Gaming, The Venetian, JLL, and Metropolitan Structures. Bob holds a Master of Science in Industrial Relations from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
