Jamie Lord is an experienced professional in service and user experience design, currently serving as the Experience and Service Design Lead for Financial Services at John Lewis Partnership since September 2022. In addition to this role, Jamie has been a Volunteer NHS Responder with Royal Voluntary Service since April 2020. Previous positions include Customer Experience Lead at Volvo Car UK, Head of Customer Experience at Simply Business, Head of User Experience at O2, and Senior Manager of User Experience at Vodafone. Jamie began career as a Service Designer in Customer Experience at Virgin Atlantic, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in the field over more than two decades. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Surrey and has furthered education through Econsultancy in 2013.
