In 2014, they earned a Master of Human Resources from Rollins College, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in 2003. Ashley has also obtained various certifications, including SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2015 and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification in 2020.
