Jolie Allen

Jolie Allen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jolie currently serves as the Director of Community Health at JPS Health Network since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Foremost Family Health Center from 2016 to 2023, where they led strategic operational initiatives and implemented policy changes to enhance patient care. Jolie also worked as the Executive Administrative Director of Performance Improvement at the University of North Texas from 2009 to 2016, where they managed organization-wide projects and led cross-functional teams. Additionally, Jolie held the position of Acting Director of Clinical Operations at UNT Health Science Center in 2015, where they directed clinical and business operations for multiple departments. Before that, they worked at Onondaga County as the Director of Long Term Care Planning and as a Program Analyst, where they managed projects to improve resident care and facilitated process redesign efforts. Overall, Jolie Allen has a strong background in healthcare management and process improvement.

Jolie Allen earned a BA degree in Political Science and Sociology from Bucknell University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Jolie then pursued further education at Syracuse University - Maxwell School, earning an MPA degree in Public Administration from 2000 to 2001.
