Heidi Cotter

Heidi Cotter is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in benefits and human capital management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Volpi Foods since May 2024, Heidi previously held multiple roles at Build-A-Bear Workshop from January 2018 to May 2024, including Director of Benefits & Human Capital Management and Senior Manager for Benefits & Associate Experience, where strategic initiatives and employee engagement programs were successfully implemented. Earlier in the career, Heidi worked at Hewitt Associates from January 1999 to January 2006, progressing to Benefit Services Manager, where management of client relationships and employee development was emphasized. Heidi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from Texas Christian University in 1997.
