David Cassise

David Cassise, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David began their career in 2002 as a Mental Health Counselor at Centra Health, where they provided counseling services to patients and was involved in risk management and creative problem solving. In 2004, they joined New Land Samaritan Inns as a Program Director, overseeing day-to-day programs and activities, developing and maintaining program budgets, and enforcing policies and procedures.

In 2006, David joined Horizon Behavioral Health as a Project Manager, where their responsibilities included implementing an electronic health record system, monitoring project time, cost, and scope, and advising on program efficiency.

David'snext position was at Acadia Healthcare, where they served as a Director from 2014 to 2019. In this role, David took on various management responsibilities to ensure the effective operation of the organization.

From 2019 to 2023, they worked as a Regional Director at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc., where they oversaw regional operations and executed strategies to drive growth and improve performance.

David'smost recent position is as the Director of Compliance at Johnson Health Center, where they joined in 2023. In this role, their focus will be on ensuring organizational compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

David Cassise, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Lynchburg, which they earned between 1997 and 2002. David also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at Liberty University from 2007 to 2009.
