Lidia Mascio

Lidia Mascio has held a variety of roles in the recruiting and talent acquisition field since 2017. In 2017, they were an intern at the Università di Siena Career Service, where they planned and participated in recruiting, employer branding and career counseling events. In 2018, they were an au pair in London, UK, where they took care of two children and improved their English language skills. In 2020, they were a HQ Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern at Chiesi Group, a multinational pharmaceutical company, where they worked to widen the network of companies collaborating with the Placement Office. In 2021, they were a Junior Recruiter at HUMANOO, a health-tech start-up, and in 2022 they became a Talent Acquisition Specialist at join.com, where they worked on end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding strategies, referral programs, and coaching and workshops for teams.

Lidia Mascio has an extensive educational background. Lidia obtained their Scientific High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico T. Patini in Castel di Sangro, Italy in 2014. Lidia then attended Università degli Studi di Siena, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Banking in 2018. Afterward, they attended Kingsley School of English in London, UK for Advanced level English Courses in 2018-2019. Most recently, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Organization from Bologna Business School in 2021. Additionally, Lidia has obtained certifications from Macquarie University, AIDP - Associazione per la Direzione del Personale, and Cambridge Assessment English.
