MOMINA RIAZ has over three years of work experience in the Human Resources and Recruitment field. MOMINA started their career in 2019 as a Research Analyst at Technoventures. In the same year, they completed an internship at Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority, where they gained practical experience in five departments. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Recruiter and HR Manager at RNG. In 2021, they became an International Technical Recruiter at Southville Solutions, where they managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle for international hiring demands. Currently, they are an Active Sourcing Specialist at join.com and also works as a freelancer for Crank Recruitment, sourcing potential candidates for Gulf IT industry.
