Blake Arensdorf

Head of Fellowships at Coho

Blake Arensdorf has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Data Analyst at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) until 2011. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Research Assistant at the Cooperative Institute for Research in the Environmental Sciences.

In 2011, Blake transitioned to the insurance sector, working as an Actuarial Analyst at Hannover Life Re America until 2012. Following that, they joined Oracle | Datalogix, where they held various positions in the Data Science field, including Data Science Rotation Program, Data Scientist, Senior Data Scientist, and Data Science Manager, within the Datalogix Audience R&D team, from 2012 to 2017.

Continuing their career in Data Science, Blake worked at Amazon from 2017 to 2021. Blake started as a Research Scientist in the AWS Machine Learning team before becoming a Manager & Senior Research Scientist in the PXT Data Science team. From 2018 onwards, they also took on a role as a Mentor for the Data Science Career Track at Springboard.

In 2021, Blake joined On Deck as the Director of On Deck Data Science Fellowship, where they contributed until 2022. Currently, they serve as the Head of Fellowships at Coho, formerly known as On Deck Career Programs. Their role involves organizing fellowships for leaders to facilitate knowledge exchange and foster professional connections within a trusted network of peers.

Blake Arensdorf attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics. In 2017, they enrolled in the Four Streams School of Coaching and completed the program in 2018. During this time, they earned the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ICF Cert progress) designation.
