Tessa Schneider

Tessa Schneider has a diverse work experience, starting from their current position as VP of People at Found. Prior to that, they held the same role at Amino, where they also served as Head of People. Before that, Tessa worked at Carta as the Director of People Programs, Strategy, Analytics, and Operations, and as the Senior Manager of People Programs, Analytics & Operations.
