US Air Force Reserve at Joint Enabling Capabilities Command

Elizabeth Blanchford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Kurunzi Fund, Elizabeth focuses on empowering girls through education to foster economic development in communities. In addition, Elizabeth holds a senior leadership role as a strategic planner in the US Air Force Reserve at the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command, where readiness and doctrinal expertise are critical for responding to global contingencies. Prior experience includes serving as a Humanitarian Assistance Advisor to the Military at USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance and as an International Programs Specialist at Montana State University. Elizabeth holds a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College and a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the United States Air Force Academy.
