Maria Lia Rojas Mita

Maria Lia Rojas Mita has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Maria Lia started their career at Chili's in 2006, where they worked as a Lead Bartender and later as an Entrenador. Maria Lia then moved on to work at the Universidad de Lima, where they gained experience as an Engineering Intern, supporting laboratory management and assisting faculty members.

In 2011, Maria joined LATAM Airlines, where they held multiple positions. Maria Lia served as an Analyst, analyzing and improving operational processes, managing budgets, and coordinating logistics. Maria Lia also worked as a Jefe implementación de Servicio, ensuring the successful implementation of projects across airports in Peru. Additionally, Maria held the role of Ejecutivo HCC Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing operational turnarounds and leading a team of over 150 employees. Maria Lia also worked as Jefe gestión y proyectos, where they planned, managed, and supervised strategic projects for the organization.

Most recently, Maria worked at JOKR as an Operations Manager for South Latam, overseeing operations and ensuring smooth functioning. Prior to this, they worked as an Ops Manager in Peru, where they were responsible for managing operations and ensuring efficiency.

Throughout their career, Maria has demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective project management, and a focus on continuous improvement. Maria Lia is dedicated, adaptable, and has a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Maria Lia Rojas Mita attended Universidad de Lima from 2005 to 2011, where they pursued a Grado en Ingeniería (Bachelor's Degree) in Ingeniería Industrial (Industrial Engineering).
